Strip (Slice) meat for shabu shabu in the hot pot will be good with vegetables of your choice during the winter season.  Ribcap (Dice or Skewer), top round (Saku), strip (Kirioroshi and Slice) are great during any season for BBQ at home or using a hot plate.
